  • Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)

2. Service Warranty

Repair Warranty: All repair services come with a minimum 30-day warranty against defects in our workmanship. Extended warranty options are available.

Product Warranty: All products sold carry manufacturer warranty. We provide complete warranty documentation with every purchase.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for services and products must be made in full before delivery or service completion, unless a credit arrangement has been agreed upon in writing.

  • We accept cash, cheque, and online payment methods
  • Payment invoices will be provided for all transactions
  • Late payments may incur additional charges

4. Repair Service Terms

For repair services:

  • A free diagnostic assessment will be provided
  • Cost estimates will be provided before work begins
  • Unclaimed items will be held for 90 days maximum
  • Sharp Services is not liable for data loss during repair
  • Customers should backup important data before repair

5. Limitation of Liability

Sharp Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
